About this project

Updated: Nov 25, 2024

This project aims to create a local token based on blockchain technology and smart contracts for implementation in local administration. The token is intended to facilitate tax collection and the distribution of subsidies by the government entity.

To achieve this, a smart contract has been developed using the ERC-20 standard, enabling the issuance and management of the token. This smart contract has been deployed on the Ethereum network using tools such as Truffle and Ganache for deployment and testing.

The project includes a market analysis to evaluate the demand and acceptance of the local token, as well as the identification of competitors and comparisons with other existing tokens in the market. A thorough analysis of the risks and opportunities associated with the project is carried out, along with the factors that may influence the token’s value.

Various use cases and applications for the token are explored, such as its implementation in local commerce, collaboration with other organizations, and benefits for the community. The challenges and barriers to the adoption of the token are identified.

Additionally, the project evaluates the social and economic impact, emphasizing financial inclusion, local development and job creation, transparency and traceability, as well as sustainability and social responsibility.

In conclusion, this project proposes the implementation of a local token based on blockchain technology to enhance the efficiency of tax and subsidy management in local administration. This innovative approach is expected to promote transparency, efficiency, and citizen participation in governmental processes.
